I could write a complete description or just show you an illustrated story about how attackers target where you work, identify your coworkers on LinkedIn and then send you a disguised email asking for information they can sell or exploit. But I could also illustrate spear phishing in a series of panels with dialogue, graphics and illustrations—an info graphic. You will most likely read and remember an entertaining info graphic than a long article and in most cases, learn just as much.
Why you should use info graphics:
- Demand generation—an info graphic is a great visual asset that people click on to see more.
- Social media— a great info graphic gets liked and shared and can be just as viral as videos.
- Explain how something works—Info graphics are perfect for breaking down a process or task into easy to understand illustrated steps with copy and graphics.
I just completed an info graphic project with Cloudmark a leading provider of email security systems for top international companies. The link to this portfolio presents the Cloudmark info graphics which were written, researched and directed by Pam Strayer, a Cloudmark marketing consultant. These Cloudmark info graphics were used in highly effective demand generation campaigns and shared on social media.
I’m available to design and produce your next info graphic!
